Approvals
Nothing goes out until you approve every draft. Directory listings work differently: approving the listing kit once is your yes for each directory’s form, and your office stops only for a verification, a phone code or a payment — see Directory listings. The Review queue is where that happens — one place for outreach messages, quotes, contracts, price research, proposed plans, and anything else your office asks you to decide on.
Finding your way around
Section titled “Finding your way around”- The queue shows how many items are waiting on you, oldest first.
- Tabs let you narrow the view: Approvals, Proposals, Assets, Deletions, Briefs, or All.
- If a tab looks empty but the header still shows items waiting, that means something is waiting on you in a different tab — the page tells you so and offers a button to show the whole queue.
- Nothing waiting anywhere means exactly that: your CEO will file items here as they come up.
What you can do with an item
Section titled “What you can do with an item”Open any item to read it, then decide: approve it, ask for changes, edit it, or reject it outright — see Reviewing a draft for the details, and Who can approve what for the rule about who is allowed to approve which item.
Asking your CEO directly
Section titled “Asking your CEO directly”You do not have to open this page to know what is waiting — you can simply ask your CEO in chat “is anything waiting for my approval?” and it will tell you, across everything it owes you and everything it is waiting to hear back from you about.
