What your office knows
Your office remembers. Everything it learns about your business — from your website, from the files you share, from what you tell it in conversation — is written down where you can read it, in your own language, and correct it.
That is what the Knowledge page is for. Open it from the left rail: it is in the bottom group, between your office’s activity log and its settings — the second-to-last entry of the rail. That position is the part to match on if your screen names the page differently from this guide — see languages your office speaks.
What is on the page
Section titled “What is on the page”The left-hand column holds two lists and the right-hand side shows whichever item you pick.
Briefings is the history of what your office has looked at for you, newest first, the top one marked Latest. A briefing is signed Your CEO and carries the date and time it was written. Open one and you get its headline, then What your CEO looked at — the things it went through to write it. If there are none, it says so rather than padding the page.
What your CEO knows is the written record itself: the pages your office has kept about your business. On a brand-new office this list is honest about being empty — Your CEO hasn’t written anything down yet. It fills as you talk, share and correct.
Pick nothing and the reading pane simply says Select a briefing or a page to read it here.
Ingest
Section titled “Ingest”Below the lists, Ingest shows what has happened to the files and links you have handed over:
Files and links you share become part of what your CEO knows.
Each one carries its state — Queued, In progress, Ingested, Failed, or Partly ingested. That last one is worth knowing: it means the file arrived but could not be fully read. When that happens the page tells you what to do instead — paste the text into the conversation, or send a text-based copy of the document. It does not pretend the file went in cleanly.
There is an Attach files in chat link here too. It opens the conversation with your CEO, which is where sharing actually happens — see Sharing your material.
Needs Attention
Section titled “Needs Attention”The last pane is reserved for knowledge conflicts — two things your office has been told that cannot both be true. Today it says exactly what is true today:
Knowledge conflicts will appear here — today your CEO resolves them with you in conversation.
So if your office has something wrong, you do not file a correction here. You tell your CEO, in the conversation, the way you would tell a colleague. That is the whole procedure.
What this is not
Section titled “What this is not”This is your office’s memory of your business. It is not a folder of your files — your files stay where they live. It is not visible to anyone outside your office. And it is not a place your office writes things you have never seen: everything here is readable by you, which is the point of writing it down at all.
