- Choose a view. Month, Week or Agenda, with Previous/Next and a “Today” button to jump back.
- Create an event. “New event” opens a form for a title, date, start and end time; “New
meeting” does the same but sets it up as a meeting from the start. When a lead’s card schedules
one for you, the title and attendee are filled in already.
- Open an event to see its details: when, its type, its status, any notes, attendees, and —
if it came from a lead — a link straight back to that lead.
- Join, edit or cancel from the same panel: “Join meeting” for a meeting that has started or
is about to, “Edit” to change details, “Cancel event” when plans change.
- Check “Availability” before you promise a time — it shows your working hours and any days
off or blocked ranges you have set.
- After a completed meeting, the event panel offers “View meeting notes” straight through to
its summary — see The meeting room for what those notes contain.
- If two events would overlap, the calendar tells you right on the time field — “that slot is
taken” — before you can save a conflict.
