Your first conversation with your CEO
The very first time you sign in, your office is not built yet — you and your CEO build it together, in one short conversation. Nothing here is a form to fill in alone; every question is asked in plain language and you answer in your own words.
Step 1 — three quick preferences
Section titled “Step 1 — three quick preferences”Before the conversation starts, you are asked three things:
- Which language should your CEO speak with you on a voice call? (Written chat can be in any language regardless of this choice.)
- How should the CEO address you? — your name, or whatever you would like to be called.
- Your timezone and your preferred tone (formal or informal), pre-filled from your browser where possible — change either if it guessed wrong.
Step 2 — choose how to continue
Section titled “Step 2 — choose how to continue”Next you choose Continue by voice or Continue by text. You can switch to voice at any time later, whichever you pick now.
Step 3 — the conversation
Section titled “Step 3 — the conversation”Your CEO then asks, one topic at a time:
- Your website. Share the link so it can take a quick look — or say you do not have one yet; nothing here blocks the rest of the conversation.
- Your business. Its name and what it does, in your own words. Your CEO reads back what it understood and asks you to confirm — if anything is off, tell it what is wrong and it tries again rather than moving on with a wrong answer.
- What you would most like help with right now. You are offered a few concrete options (winning more customers, saving time on admin, launching something new) plus the option to answer in your own words.
While your CEO is reading your website in the background, you can keep talking — it tells you plainly that it is still working rather than leaving you guessing.
Step 4 — review and approve your first plan
Section titled “Step 4 — review and approve your first plan”Your CEO puts together a first plan from everything you told it and presents it for your approval — this is a real, specific starting direction (not a placeholder), and it keeps refining as your office learns more. Nothing here is sent to a customer. You can:
- Approve it as it stands, or
- Ask your CEO to adjust something before you approve it.
Once you approve, you land in your office’s overview, and your CEO gets to work on the plan you just agreed on.
