Privacy and your data

Where your data lives

Your business data — leads, drafts, your knowledge base, conversation history — is kept isolated per office, stored in the EU. Some processing, such as your CEO’s replies and voice calls, is carried out by AI and voice providers your office relies on to work at all; each is bound by a data-processing agreement and may only use your data to help provide the service to you.

What your office never does

• It never uses your data to serve you advertisements, and never lets anyone else do so.
• It never sells your data.
• It never lets an AI decision with a legal or similarly significant effect happen without your own review — every draft your office produces is reviewed by you before it goes anywhere. For directory listings, you review the listing kit once and that approval covers each directory’s form; your office stops only for a verification, a phone code or a payment — see Directory listings.
• If you connect a file-storage account, your office only ever reaches the specific files you pick or create through it — never your whole account.

Your own rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data your office holds about you, or ask for it to be erased. Erasure requests are confirmed in two separate steps before they take effect, and every request is logged, so nothing is deleted by accident.
