Who can approve what
The four-eyes rule
Section titled “The four-eyes rule”The account that drafted a message cannot also approve it — the product calls this the “two-person guard”. If you asked for a draft in one session and try to approve it from that same session, you will see a plain note explaining why, not an error: someone else on your team (or you, signed in separately) has to be the one who says yes. A second decision on the same item — for example, if it was already approved elsewhere — comes back as “already decided”, also shown as an information note rather than a failure.
Approving a priced item
Section titled “Approving a priced item”Before you can approve a quote that has a price on it, you are asked to confirm its currency — this takes one extra step the first time, then the platform remembers your choice.
Quotes and contracts wait in the same queue
Section titled “Quotes and contracts wait in the same queue”A quote, a contract, or a price study is not a separate inbox — it waits in the exact same Review queue as an outreach draft, under its own tab if you want to narrow the view. A quote or a price study can be reviewed and approved right from your phone, no extra step needed. A contract or a template is different: it is approved on a computer, where the document itself is shown on screen — your phone lets you decline one, but approving it needs the document open in front of you.
