Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
Section titled “How much does it cost?”One monthly package price, which includes every department and a monthly allowance of usage credits, and credit packs if you go past that allowance. The figures, a worked example of an ordinary month, and what happens when you run out are on Billing and Credits.
What happens to my data?
Section titled “What happens to my data?”Your business data is kept isolated to your own office and stored in the EU. See Privacy and your data for the full picture — including what your office never does with it and how to request a copy or erasure.
Can I cancel?
Section titled “Can I cancel?”Yes — the terms say plainly that you may cancel your package subscription, and that you are given an opportunity to export your data before it is deleted. Be aware of what they do not say yet: the full refund and cancellation policy, including any statutory withdrawal rights, is still being finalised and will be published on that same page. If the detail matters to your decision, ask before you subscribe rather than reading it off a page that is still being written.
How long until it does something useful?
Section titled “How long until it does something useful?”Your first conversation with your CEO takes a few minutes, and it proposes a first plan for your approval before that conversation ends — see your first conversation. From there, how quickly you see results depends on what you connect (a mailbox lets outreach actually send, for example) and how much you ask your CEO to do.
Do I need any technical skill?
Section titled “Do I need any technical skill?”No. Everything is done by talking to your CEO in plain language, or by using screens built for a business owner rather than a developer — connecting a mailbox is the most technical step, and that guide walks through it as numbered steps too.
What if my CEO gets something wrong?
Section titled “What if my CEO gets something wrong?”Nothing it drafts reaches a customer, a mailbox or a social account until you review and approve it — see what your CEO can do. If it misunderstood your business during your first conversation, tell it plainly and it corrects course rather than moving on with a wrong answer.
