The meeting room
Starting or joining
Section titled “Starting or joining”- Start a meeting right now from a lead’s page, or join a scheduled one from the calendar with “Join meeting”.
- Starting one instantly opens a “Meeting started” panel with a guest link you can copy and share with anyone you want in the call — they do not need an account.
- A guest who follows the link picks a name, agrees to the recording notice, and waits in “Waiting for the host” until you let them in.
Once you are in the room
Section titled “Once you are in the room”- Admit guests waiting in the lobby from the “Waiting to join” panel — one tap per person.
- Chat and files sit alongside the video for anything worth sending in writing during the call.
- Turn notes on or off. Notes are on by default — your office writes up a summary and follow-ups afterward. Turn them off for a call you would rather keep off the record.
- Interpretation is automatic. Pick “Your language” when you join (your office’s language is already filled in for you). The moment the room holds two languages, an interpreter joins by itself and everyone hears the other side spoken in their own language — there is no switch to find. Subtitles appear under the speaker while they are still talking, and the “Transcript” panel lets you scroll back through what was said.
After the meeting
Section titled “After the meeting”Open your meeting notes list to find the summary, follow-ups, transcript and — when recording was on — the recording and any files shared during the call.
