Market price research
- Ask your CEO to research prices — for example, “what do local plumbers charge for a boiler service?” Your research team looks for figures on the open web, and can also use prices you have stated yourself or facts already in your knowledge base.
- Every figure is marked “Estimate”, with its source — from the web, stated by you, or from your knowledge base — plus the date it was observed. Nothing is presented as a fact your office invented; a figure it cannot trace to a source says so plainly instead of guessing.
- See the range at a glance. When more than one figure exists for the same item, the document shows the lowest, the median and the highest, each still labelled as an estimate.
- Approve it to file it. Like a quote or a contract, it waits in your Review queue first. Approving freezes it and files it in Documents.
- It stays internal. Unlike a quote, a price study is never sent to a customer — there is no “Send” button for it. It is written in your own language, for your own decisions.
Nothing invented, nothing averaged, nothing converted between currencies behind your back — every number your office shows you here is either something it read, something you told it, or a plain median of the two, always labelled as an estimate.
