Asking for a contract

  1. Ask your CEO for a contract — either on its own, or built from a quote you already approved. From a lead’s own conversation thread, “Create a contract” seeds the request for you.
  2. Read it in your Review queue like any other item — it carries the same wording, terms and customer details you asked for.
  3. Approve it. Approving freezes the contract exactly as you saw it and files it in Documents, ready to download, print, or send once a mailbox is connected.
  4. It uses your brand. Your logo, letterhead and brand colour appear on the contract the same way they do on a quote — the standard layout if you have no approved template yet, your own design once you do.
  5. Approve it from your phone just as easily as from a computer.

A contract is written in one language throughout, same as a quote — see Documents for what that means if you work across languages.
